History

Elisem was founded in 1989, the company started operations with two Robinson R22 helicopters, a flight school and aerial services.

By 1995, the company growth made it necessary to expand the maintenance branch. As a result, Heligroup was founded. The formation of Heligroup expanded services to include consulting, training and maintenance. In 1999, Heligroup qualified as a Robinson Helicopter Company independent dealership and service center for the Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters.

This relationship has enabled Heligroup to expand its services globally to satisfy the needs of private businesses, public agencies, private companies and clients.
